Density Measurement

The DWEL DTS500 Series Tuning Fork Density Meter is designed for accurate, real-time, and continuous measurement of liquid density and concentration in a wide range of industrial processes. It is widely used in applications such as lime slurry, desulfurization slurry, ammonia solution, ethanol, acid and alkali liquids, as well as in pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, petroleum and gas production, beverage manufacturing, laboratory research, liquid storage monitoring, and water treatment. Using advanced tuning fork vibration technology, the DTS500 provides stable and precise readings that are minimally affected by temperature and pressure changes, and it tolerates small amounts of solid particles and gas bubbles, making it ideal for challenging process conditions.

The DTS300 Series Smart Online Density Transmitter (also known as an online density meter / densimeter) is designed for continuous real-time measurement of liquid density and concentration directly in industrial processes. It utilizes an advanced capacitive differential pressure sensor paired with two pressure relays inserted into the pipeline. A built-in temperature sensor is positioned between the relays to automatically compensate for process temperature changes, ensuring stable and accurate measurement. As a two-wire transmitter, it outputs a 4-20mA analog signal proportional to the measured density or concentration and supports digital communication (RS485, HART) for remote calibration and monitoring. It is widely used in process control applications across various industries.
