The DPG600 series micro differential pressure transmitter utilizes a silicon MEMS micro pressure chip. After undergoing temperature compensation, linear compensation, signal amplification, V/I conversion, surge and reverse polarity protection, and other signal processing, the transmitter outputs a standard 4-20mA industrial signal.

    Introduction

    The DPG600 series micro differential pressure transmitter utilizes a silicon MEMS micro pressure chip. After undergoing temperature compensation, linear compensation, signal amplification, V/I conversion, surge and reverse polarity protection, and other signal processing, the transmitter outputs a standard 4-20mA industrial signal. With all digital calibration and no movable potentiometers, the DPG600 series offers improved temperature drift performance and enhanced stability.
    This series incorporates two isolation methods. For pressure ranges below 5kPa, the chip is protected by elastic silicon gel, making it ideal for measuring the differential pressure of non-corrosive gases. For pressures of 5kPa and above, the chip is protected by a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm filled with silicone oil, making it suitable for measuring non-corrosive mediums in stainless steel environments.

     This series of transmitters are used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, textile, electronics, medicine, food, environmental protection and other fields, and more widely used in HVAC, purification plant and boiler automatic detection.
